Title of the project
Agricultural development in favour of biodiversity in Montloué in the Aisne
Description
In partnership with the Thiérache Agricultural High School, the “Les Près de Fontaine” integration project, the CFPPA Thiérache, the Hunters federation of Aisne and Local hunting interest group, an experimental plain development operation on a territorial scale has been initiated in Montloué.
11 strips of wild fallow land 4 to 13m wide, i. e. approximately 7 km wide, have been planted to redraw the entire agricultural plot and propose a nesting and insect refuge area.

Results
With the help of high school students, 20 plots consisting of 15 plants + 15 rhizomes of miscanthus were planted within the bands, so as to have anti-predator and bad weather shelters, in the short and medium term thanks to miscanthus and shrubs.
