Bird indicators, which have been used for many years by managers of natural areas, are still not widely used by agricultural stakeholders. The AGRIBIRDS project aims to design simplified protocols to answer farmers’ questions and test them in different situations in order to produce a computer tool that allows agricultural stakeholders to choose the most appropriate “bird” indicator.

The project also includes standardized protocols, educational materials, scientific and technical articles, conferences, etc.

In this context, since the launch of the project, the Hunters Federation of Loiret has been involved in various discussions on the creation of simplified protocols.
