Large carnivore monitoring

Description

Large carnivore monitoring for population estimation.

There is a network of large carnivore contact persons to which public can report on any LC observations.
Contact persons fill a form and give reports to the research institute. Institute analyses reports and improves the estimation of LC population by combining the results with other research.
Hunting licenses can be issued more precisely to some areas depending on the estimated density.

Monitoring mainly done by hunters but not coordinated by the Association
