Title of the project

Biodiversity garden in Plérin in the Côtes d’Armor

Description

For the younger generations and the general public, the Hunters Federation of Côtes d’Armor initiated a “Biodiversity Garden” in Plérin, created under the direction of Guillaume Le Provost, in collaboration with horticultural and agricultural high schools, school 2 quadratkilometer grosses, trainees in civic service and associations. 3500 square meter in size, this garden is planted with local species, and equipped with a pond, an apiary, a collective composting area and an orchard, in order to create a refuge area and to naturally bring back extinct species, but also “to take children outdoors, in peri-urban areas”. A path bordered by a dry stone wall “in the style of Bretagne” leads through the garden
