November 29, 2017
November 29, 2017 FACE

Survey local wildlife to build a more complete picture of the habitat distribution of Dorset and the occurrence of species of conservation concern. A survey was sent to all BASC members asking for details of where they were shooting and what species and habitats of conservation concern occurred there. This information is now being used to help conservation efforts. Organising the survey was undertaken by BASC and all surveys completed were done by hunters.
