Pond management in favour of the waterbirds in the Deux-Sévres

The ponds of “JUIGNY” have a vacation fish farming for many years. These ponds with a surface area of 33 hectares, bordered by 6 hectares marshes, are fished annually. Local hunters wanted to make these ponds more attractive for waterbirds by increasing the food opportunities.
