The Holy Trinity habitat corridor

The corridor is 15m wide and is delimited around the field road on former arable land. It is composed of trees, bushes and grassland. Trees are planted in the middle of the corridor in two rows with a spacing of 2.6 x 1m and the species composition is described in the table of parameters. The bushes are also planted in two rows on both sides of the trees. The tree mixture is miscellaneous and the species distribution uniform. The grassland was established in the whole area of the corridor except for narrow strips next to the bushes and trees so they could be managed properly in the future. The grassing was done with the Meadow mix seed. The management comprises weed protection three times a year for five years, first intervention through hoeing around the trees and then through trimming. Mechanical protection against animals was used around the whole corridor, with intentional gaps for animal migration.
