The Pachan area is an estuarine marsh which suffered from the land reclamation. When purchasing the area, the hunting federation has decided to restore the wetland by creating three ponds (15 hectares) in the south-part. Good hydraulic management practices have led to a permanent wetland. One farmer is also leading cattle extensive grazing and other agricultural work.
