The aims are to ensure maximum biodiversity, the best preservation of heritage species, and an environmental awareness raising. For that, they use traditional techniques as the grazing (New Forest ponies,Holstein and Nantes cattle breeds) and the late mowing. These interventions are evaluated annually through scientific monitoring (botanical and wildlife monitoring: birds, amphibians, mammals)
