A scientific satellite monitoring programme for Greylag Goose

As part of the National Hunters’ Federation’s national scientific research program, the Northern Hunters’ Federation and the department’s hunting structures financed the purchase of 6 GPS beacons to equip greylag goose.

Scientific monitoring of migration is carried out.

A genetic study has been set up to determine the share of norwegian white geese in the procession of geese visiting France in winter.
