Mixed plant collections supporting local biodiversity

The Fédération des chasseurs de l’Oise (with the financial support of the Fédération de chasse régionale) offers interested people the opportunity to benefit from “Mixed plant collections” containing 15 plants for an attractive price.

This action is part of the small game policy conducted by the Federation with the objective of creating fixed elements favourable to wildlife.

Bushes and hedges allow small fauna to be protected from predators and bad weather, but also to promote biodiversity (cover, food, nesting, etc). The low hedge also has ecological qualities and contributes to the good ecological status of the water.

Since 2012, more than 35 km of hedges have been plated.
