Pastoral management of a peaty marsh in the marshes of La Souche in the Aisne

The Association for the maintenance and safeguarding of the traditional activities of the Strain (AMSAT), created by hunters and fishermen, manages an alkaline peat bog of 3500 ha. AMSAT carries out studies and monitoring on the site, management and restoration, implementation of projects aimed at the conservation of the site.

AMSAT provides on this site the co-animation of DOCOB Natura 2000 and the educational activities.
